Being one of the favourite dishes here in the Turks and Caicos Islands, oxtail with peas and rice is always high on the menu at most local restaurants. But, with the curried version, Coconut Grove has taken it to another level.

Prepared and marinated overnight, the oxtail is cooked to perfection. With that juicy, fall-off-the-bone and a hint of curry flavour, this is one island dish you have to try.

So, you’ve seen the picture and thinking well this looks interesting. You’re wrong. This latest addition to the Kalooki’s Grace Bay menu is beyond interesting. It is absolutely heavenly. Tender and bursting with flavour, this Stuffed Salmon is “stuffed” with crab, shrimp and seared to perfection. With the addition of various spices, herbs and served with steamy sauteed vegetables, this dish is an instant hit and comes highly recommended.

“This recipe was originally from my aunt. We tried it, loved it, put our own spin on it and her it is!”, says co-found Malaika. “Everyone loves it!”
